I live abroad, how can I claim back VAT on my item of purchase?

- You can only claim back VAT in the instance of a business purchase. If your items are for businesses purposes please send us an e-mail and we will send you a VAT receipt.

I have received the wrong item what do I do?

- This is very rare, but everyone makes mistakes, in the event of this happening please contact us as soon as possible and we will ensure that we refund all p&p.

Do you offer student discount?
