Returns Policy

All purchased unworn items need to be returned within 7 days.

Please note we are unable to accept items after this time and as we track items we will know once your item would have been received

To return an item, simply send an e-mail to fandt@loud-culture.com stating your name, address and reason and we’ll get back to you with the address and further information needed to return your item.

Once the unworn item has been received you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your return, we offer full refunds which will be credited to your Pay pal account, you also have the option to exchange.

Please feel free to contact us if you wish to exchange for another size as although the item may state it’s sold out we still have stock to accomodate.
